Rural Water Management Solutions is a Kenyan organization dedicated to transforming lives by accelerating access to safe, affordable, and sustainable water in rural and peri-urban communities. We champion professionalized water service delivery by leveraging innovative models, cutting-edge digital technologies, and strategic Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

With a national presence and partnerships with over 100 rural water utilities, we are committed to addressing the systemic challenges affecting rural water systems in Kenya and across Africa. Our work focuses on improving the functionality and commercial viability of these systems, guided by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) standards.

Our core services include implementing professional water management models, deploying digital metering and billing systems, and building capacity through training, coaching, and mentorship. We bring together a passionate and skilled team of experts in water utility management, smart technologies, water governance, PPPs, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).

Our mission is to support county governments, local communities, and individuals in sustainably managing rural water supply systems to ensure a guaranteed supply of safe, affordable, and sufficient water.
